THE CHAMELEON ® UPLIGHT is effective against all types of flying insects in an area of 40 m2 .
How do flies and other insects get trapped?
It's very simple, insects are attracted to UV light that emitted by the Quantum ® UV tube equipped with CHAMELEON ® UPLIGHT . Inside the device is a glue plate. to which flying insects will literally stick after getting close to UV rays.
When should the glue board be changed?
The glue board simply needs to be replaced. when it is full . To give you a general idea, usually during the warmer months (from April to September) the sticky layer It needs to be changed once a month . During the cold period (September to March), plan to change the glue board. Once every two months .
And when should the UV tube be changed?
The PestWest® Quantum® UV tube should be replaced once a year . Replacement is recommended. during the month of April in order to optimize UV lighting during the warm period when insects are much more numerous .
