📦 2. Processing times
We process orders from Monday to Friday , generally within:
- 24 to 48 hours for preparation
- Delivery takes 48 to 72 hours, depending on the carrier.
Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand.
🚚 3. Carrier tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the following information:
- Carrier name
- Tracking number
- Official link to track your package in real time
The carriers used:
- La Poste / Colissimo
- Chronopost
- DHL / DPD depending on destination
🛑 4. If tracking is not working
There may be a slight delay between shipment and activation of the number by the carrier (often 6 to 12 hours).

❓ 5. Frequently Asked Questions about Monitoring
• I have not received my tracking number
Check your Spam/Junk Mail folder.
Otherwise, contact us: we will send it back to you.
• My package seems to be stuck
This happens during intermediate scans.
Wait 24 hours and then re-check the tracking link.
• My order is marked “delivered” but I haven’t received anything
- Check with the neighbors/caretaker
- Check your mailbox
- Contact your post office
If nothing has been found, contact us immediately.
