The Mosquito Magnet Pioneer is an insect trap that will protect you from mosquitoes and other biting insects throughout the summer season. Mosquito Magnet traps are made of PVC and treated steel. This mains-powered device is designed for outdoor use and provides protection coverage of up to 3000m². The Mosquito Magnet trap attracts and traps mosquitoes and other biting insects.
Mosquitoes and thus reduce their population. The Mosquito Magnet Pioneer mosquito repellent is silent, produces no flame, is odorless, and provides highly effective protection against mosquitoes 24/7.
The Mosquito Pioneer trap uses technology that mimics the characteristics of human respiration to attract mosquitoes. To achieve this, a butane gas cylinder must be connected to the machine. The butane is converted into CO2 (carbon dioxide) and mixed with an attractant: either an r-octenol refill (attracts common mosquitoes) or an Atrakta refill (targets tiger mosquitoes). This mixture (CO2 + Octenol/Atrakta) is released into the air to lure insects into the machine, where they are captured in a net.
The Mosquito Magnet Pioneer is a more effective and less toxic solution than the usual repellents and sprays to put in your garden, for example.
This device guarantees a quick start from the first days and progressive effectiveness for optimal results after 4 to 6 weeks compared to more traditional products like over-the-counter sprays.
Mosquito Magnet devices are non-toxic to children and pets. Environmentally friendly, they attract only mosquitoes and do not kill other insects such as bees, butterflies, dragonflies, etc.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
One of the advantages of the Mosquito Magnet is its ease of assembly.
Once the mosquito trap is assembled, connect the butane bottle and plug in the machine with the 15m extension cord.
Activate the suction. The mosquitoes are sucked into the capture net.
For optimal performance and maximum protection, place the Mosquito Magnet device 10-15 meters from the area to be protected. It should be positioned close to mosquito breeding grounds (stagnant water, bushes, streams, ponds, pools, under trees, swimming pools, etc.) in a shaded location, facing downwind of the area to be protected. Avoid placing it in tall grass or other plants.
Advice and maintenance:
A 13kg gas cylinder allows for approximately one month of use.
It is strongly recommended to change the attractant at the same time as the gas bottle, i.e., once a month.
The mosquito net must be emptied once it is half full and replaced with a clean net (hand wash only).
There is also a Mosquito Magnet Executive mosquito repellent device which is battery-operated and has two wheels for greater mobility.
